So here we go again. Travels.. Flying back from Maui to Europe. Long trip, but as long as everything runs smooth and people are friendly travels are not too bad. With 12 hours time difference there is always some jetlag issues. You dont have to adjust the time, its just day instead of night. I’ve had a great time in Maui and it was a good taste of summer. I have a pretty good tan to kick start the summer.

All these different water sports needs a lot of gear and different boards. Surfing, SUP, windsurfing. So it helps when there’s a norwegian running one of the best board/windsurf companies in the world. Thanks Starboard and special thanks Svein for hooking me up!
Out getting breakfast
So you’re probably guessing i’m in Maui and not Whistler. They fixed the plane and after waiting for a long time we got on it and left for Maui. Not a lot of coconuts in whistler. I think coconut water is my new favorite. Cans are ok, but straight out of the coconut is the best. Then you know its summer.
Going to Whistler?
Sitting at Vancouver International. Was supposed to fly to Maui for the holidays. But now the plane is broken and i aint flying anywhere for a while. Maybe i should drive up to Whistler instead? Sure have great memories from that place. Would be fun to check it out without the olympics going on. Skiing for sure’bu instead of medal ceremonies and pressconference it could be one big afterski…
Early bird
An awesome day of skiing today. To get good snow in the spring we have to get up early. The sun is so strong that it turns into slush very quick. Me Franz and Ulf riding up the chairlift 630 this morning. This was the lasr day of skiing for a while. Now its some time off.
Big team
When we’re together with the europacup guys we are a good size team. And hopefully these guys will make it on to the worldcup team. They are skiing fast enough. Then we will be the size a skiteam should be. 8-10 guys.
Rentals vs race skis
Closest you have rental skis and how they’re being stored. In the backround you can see Smithy’s reaction to that and how my skis are all lined up. Hmmm. But i guess Vettel, who btw is rocking F1 with Red Bull Racing!, wouldnt be to impressed with how i take care of my car either.
On the road Norway
Just finished one ski camp and on our way to the next one. Hemsedal’s the place these next 7 days. Since most of our camps and stuff usually take place in the alps we dont jace the usual setup in Norway. So my A3 is taking the role as the tour bus this time. Might be small on the outside, but nice and spaceous on the inside. Truls rocking the back seat.
